In this evening flow we will awaken and align the body through a 60 minute vinyasa class. With continuous movement we will work on building strength and flexibility. Mats and blocks are provided but please feel free to bring your own as well. Class starts at 6.45pm but please arrive 5/10 minutes before. If you have never been before and are not sure where to find us then please don't hesitate to get in touch because it can be a little tricky to find.
