ELEMENTS
Challenge the Elements
For this yoga challenge you will have access to 4 vinyasa classes all inspired by the elements of life.
WATER - FIRE - EARTH - AIR
Each 30- 60 minute class will focus on the different attributes and specific qualities of one of the 4 elements. Whether it be the fluidity of movement in the Water class, or the feeling of grounding and strength in the Earth class these 4 practises are sure to challenge you and make you think about your own vinyasa practise in a different way.
More about what's included
water
The WATER class is all about fluidty. We will constantly move through poses, thinking about the transistions just as much as the poses. This is a tranquil but empowering class.
The constant moving will earn your savansana at the end.
fire
The FIRE class is hot and firey!
Starting with 'FIRE BREATH' to wake you up and followed by a fast-paced, sweaty class leaving you feeling energised and 'FIRED UP'!
earth
The EARTH class is all about feeling grounded. We will work on building strength and transitioning through poses slowly. Staying close to the ground and really focusing on each pose with each breath. This class will challenge your strength and stamina.
air
The AIR class is all about flight. One of the more challeneging class out of the ELEMENTS, we focus on leg balances and we will work towards arm balances trying to find lightness within your practise.
