We have hundreds of classes on demand on our YouTube channel. Classes ranging from 10 minutes to 60 minutes all for you to do completely free.

In Person Classes

We offer weekly in person classes where we are based in The Lake District. 

Due to COVID19 we are currently running classes outside (weather permitted) with a view of Lake Windermere.
