Daily Schedule
The retreat starts at 5pm on the Friday with an opening circle, followed by a short yoga practice and then a delicious dinner. Saturday we will have a full day of yoga, walking, sound bath and warm tasty meals. The retreat ends after check out on the Sunday at 3pm (after lunch and closing circle). Below is a rough schedule of what a day will look like:

The rooms at The Heaning estate are beautifully designed and have a real luxury feel. All the rooms have big ensuite bathrooms. It is the perfect place to come with your partner, with a friend or to take the room privately for a bit of ME time.

Pricing
The full price includes 2 night stay, all food and drinks, daily yoga sessions and special activities and a few extra surprises.

Deposit
Your deposit is £200 per person which secures your stay and room choice. Your booking is not secure until you have made your deposit.
You can make your deposit using the “Book Your Retreat Now” button below which will take you to an online submitting form and payment page.
If you would like to book room for double occupancy please pay the deposit for both people staying by clicking the 'Shared Occupancy' option.
If you have any questions about any part of the retreat, rooms or booking please get in touch before placing your deposit.
Final Payment
Once you have made your booking you will receive a confirmation email.
The remainder of your balance is due by 12th April 2024 - approx. 4 weeks ahead of retreat date. This is paid by bank transfer.
If booking on or after 12th April 2024 payment will need to be made in full by bank transfer upon booking.

Driving
The Heaning Estate is a few minutes’ drive away from Windermere and is easy to find from Junction 36 off the M6. Set along a private lane off the A591 and just over a mile south of the village, the site is accessed along a sweeping, tree-lined drive and enjoys a commanding presence on the landscape with superb views towards the majestic Howgills, Windermere village and the High Borrans range resulting in a picture postcard backdrop to this unique estate.
